Please note that contact by email must be limited to making appointments and ordering follow-up prescriptions. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to discuss medical questions in this way and that they can only be discussed in direct contact with the doctor and patient.
Patients with statutory health insurance can only collect follow-up prescriptions on presentation of a valid insurance card. The creation of electronic follow-up prescriptions requires the reading of your insurance card in the current quarter.
With Doctolib (see blue button) it is possible to make an appointment online. This option should be preferred. Here you also have the option of using various individual services such as appointment reminders, using a waiting list for appointments or uploading previous findings.
