Please note that contact by email must be limited exclusively to making appointments and ordering follow-up prescriptions. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to discuss medical questions in this way and that this can only be done in direct doctor-patient contact.
Patients with statutory health insurance can only collect repeat prescriptions on presentation of a valid insurance card. The creation of electronic follow-up prescriptions requires the reading of your insurance card in the current quarter.
Doctolib (see blue button) allows you to make appointments online. This option should be used preferably. Here you also have the option of using various individual services such as appointment reminders, using a waiting list for appointments or uploading previous findings.
